From childhood snapshots to stitched memories.
Hi - I’m Jen.
I'm a mixed-media Polaroid artist exploring the space where instant photography meets slow, intentional craft.
In a world overflowing with digital images, I’m drawn to the simplicity and physicality of Polaroids. There’s something magical about the way instant film captures a moment — imperfect, unpredictable, and completely unique. Each photo feels like its own little story, shaped as much by the light and timing as by the quirks of the camera itself.

Explore a rotating collection of one-of-a-kind embroidered Polaroids. Each piece is hand-stitched, mounted on archival materials, and ready to frame.
My process begins with a real, unedited Polaroid.
A tangible snapshot of a single moment. I stitch directly onto the film, sometimes layering thread over the image, other times letting the photograph guide subtle details. Each piece is then mounted on acid-free paper or archival mat board for preservation and display.
The embroidery adds movement, mood, and texture — an echo of the image itself.
